Brush Strokes: Up Close and Personal

Brush Strokes wouldn't be complete at all without the line up of enthusiastic people with the goal to create beautiful things together. And without these members, friendship and laughters wouldn't be around either.

FRANCIS THE REALIST

This group’s realist painter did study in La Consolacion College with a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Painting. A resident artist of Art Circle Gallery in Manila from 2010 up to present, a member of the Art Association of Bacolod and has had his first solo exhibit in SM Bacolod Event Center last November 2008.

JM THE INNOVATIVE

A composer, who can sing his heart away, knowing that his gifts come from God, is what gives John Mark “JM” Esteban more motivation and drive to become better and more passionate in painting beautiful illustrations. A member of the Art Association of Bacolod and is currently connected with Riverside Medical Center as a Physical Therapist.

VIBRANT LEEE

For someone who lives quite a hectic life, he still finds the time to tap his creative side. Working in such a highly-pressured working environment, this reserved but vibrant individual finds peace and joy in painting.

CHIC CYNTHIA

A college student of the University of St. La Salle from Florida USA finds painting as relaxing as cooking good food for the ones she loves. A member of the Art Association of Bacolod and has joined several art exhibits here in Bacolod City. This chic artist loves to paint in illustration style with a touch of fantasy.
STYLISH MARQ

A Designer. A Seasonal decorator. A Stylist. And an Artist – Marq Herrera has a degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising. A surrealist with a touch of impressionism who gives so much attention to details and intricacies with beautiful women as his subjects. Marq Herrera is a member of the Art Association of Bacolod.
OUTRAGEOUS CHRIS

Never imagined to have the flair and interest in painting, this writer started to paint with oil pastels and from then on, have loved the feeling of being able to express her thoughts and feelings without the use of words. And although she enjoys painting beautiful and sparkly things, there is about painting abstract that evokes something wilding and obscure to her very core.
